In most, every city local stores and retailers sell Transit Bus passes to their customers. These local retail outlets allow riders to conveniently purchase passes in their community.

RPASS 3 was created to help the Retailers and Transit Agency control what is sold and securely encode smart cards with the agencys different pass types.

The RPASS 3 has built-in controls to help both the retail store and the Transit Agency keep track of what was encoded through the App. The agency and the retailer have control with secure connections, user logins, and end of day reports. The Agency has real-time data of sales at every location and can easily create invoices based on client transactions for a specific time period.
